Thank you for choosing OneTapp. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds will be handled as the platform evolves.

Current Stage of Service

At this stage, OneTapp may be provided as part of a testing or early access phase. Subscription billing and payment features may not yet be fully implemented.

As a result, no subscription fees may currently be charged through the platform.

Future Subscription Plans

OneTapp may introduce subscription-based pricing and paid plans in the future. When activated:

  • Pricing and billing details will be clearly communicated on the website
  • Users will have the ability to review plans before subscribing
  • This policy will be updated to reflect applicable refund and cancellation terms

Cancellation

Where applicable in the future:

  • Users will be able to cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting support
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the applicable billing period

Refunds

At this stage, refunds are not applicable as no payments are currently processed.

Once paid plans are introduced, refund eligibility (if any) will be defined and updated in this policy.

Third-Party Services

OneTapp relies on third-party services such as the WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta.

Future refund eligibility may not apply in cases where service limitations or disruptions are caused by third-party providers beyond our control.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy as payment features and subscription plans are introduced. Updates will be reflected by revising the Effective Date.
